Making typically VUCA logics emerge with even more preponderance. From an organizational point of view and in these conditions, the most successful companies will be those that best exploit internal human potential . The insights that can be gleaned, consistently, from complexity theory , network theory , behavioral economics and other disciplines continue to inspire new ideas for a more efficient corporate system of work. In Italy we still have a lot to learn about how to work in VUCA conditions. Migrating from increasingly obsolete conventional models will not be easy. Problems can become advantages when viewed through a new magnifying glass.

One of the most popular models of successful strategy implementation in VUCA conditions can be divided into wedding photo editing service three Cs: clarify, communicate and cascade.
